Upon returning from college, Jesse is shocked to find that his hometown has been overrun by a vicious gang of drivers who have tapped into the occult as a means of achieving the ultimate rush of pure speed. When an unknown driver appears in a thundering street machine and the bodies of the gang begin to pile up, Jesse risks his life to discover the hidden identity of the ominous Speed Demon who threatens to destroy not only the murderous gang -- but anyone who dares to cross his deadly path.
