From earthquakes to airplane crashes and even shuttle disasters, public records are rife with tales of everyday people who claim to have foreseen a variety of disasters before they had ever occurred. In this installment of A&E's Unexplained series, filmmakers attempt to gain a better understanding of the phenomenon commonly known as ESP. Though some mainstream psychologists and scientists believe psychic predictions to be at best coincidence and at worst lies, some evidence suggests that everyone may have the ability for ESP. In this release filmmakers explore a number of incidents in which people claim to have witnessed landmark events before they ever happened, and allows the viewer to make up their own mind about the validity of those statements.
